Customers and market participants are increasingly considering corporate governance aspects as well as environmental and social issues when selecting suppliers. Precious metals in jewelry and other uses are no exception. Criteria frequently considered include environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects along supply and value chains, among others. Agosi takes these issues into account in the context of corporate governance as well as the applicable legal and industry-specific requirements. As a competent partner for precious metals, we support you, as our customer, in this respect as well.

Agosi is a circular provider and processes secondary materials for the recovery of precious metals. Therefore, we have undergone the review according to RJC-CoP criteria and have been audited and certified according to the RJC Code of Practices (CoP) for the scope defined in the certificate. The standard includes requirements on corporate ethics, human rights, working conditions and environmental aspects, among others.
For defined product lines, Agosi offers precious metals according to criteria of the RJC Chain of Custody (CoC) certification. CoC stands for Chain of Custody and refers to the supply chain for a CoC product. The certification refers to the documented traceability within the supply chain audited according to RJC requirements.

What is the RJC ?
