On March 17, 2025, the LBMA announced the appointment of Agosi as a referee for the LBMA Good Delivery Program. The appointment took effect on the same day. Agosi is now one of the referees designated by the LBMA to contribute to the technical quality assurance of the Good Delivery Program. [see press release LBMA]

As part of the Good Delivery Program, referees perform the following duties in particular:

✔ technical evaluation of applicants for inclusion on the LBMA Good Delivery List,
✔ anonymous, proactive monitoring of refiners already listed,
✔ technical consultation on analytical and quality-related issues.

The Good Delivery Lists are maintained by the LBMA. They include refineries whose gold and silver bars meet the respective LBMA requirements. [lbma.org.uk]
The designation was preceded by an LBMA selection and evaluation process. The designation confirms the technical competence of Agosi Laboratories to perform the testing and evaluation tasks specified in the LBMA Good Delivery Program.
